Nivasie Developers turns 14

Launched 14 years ago to provide homes with the right blend of luxury, convenience and eco-friendliness, Nivasie Developers is one of the market leaders in property development. Among its housing projects are the 31-storey Iceland Residencies Towers in Kollupitiya and the Kandy Digana project, known as Victoria Range Bungalows which consists of 301 houses on 63-acres of landscaped land.

Following the successes of these projects, Nivasie Developers stepped on to another housing project, Orchid Malabe. Phase one of the project was launched a year ago.

The second phase of Orchid Malabe project was launched in July 2014, following the completion of phase I which comprised 88 houses.

Construction work is being handled by International Construction Consortium (ICC).

The second phase consist of 68 units of which 38 houses have been sold. In December, Orchid Malabe marked the sale of their 125th house.
