Sri Lanka Ports Authority Cricket Club beat Tamil Union by eight
wicket as Malinda Pushpakumara took eight wickets for 97 runs setting an
97-run target for his side in a Super Eight match which ended at Colts
grounds yesterday.
Pushpkarumara, who has taken 64 wickets in nine matches, bagged
another 10-wicket haul in the match adding his two scalps in the first
innings.

Bloomfield Cricket and Athletics Club recorded a stunning eight
wicket win over Colombo Cricket Club on the third day of a Premier
League Super Eight match, which ended at P Sara Oval yesterday.
CCC, who were 36-1 overnight, were bowled out for 85 runs, setting an
83-run target for Bloomfield.
Left arm spinner Chathura Randunu and fast bowler Nuwan Pradeep
bowled stunning spells for Bloomfield sharing seven wickets among them.
Vishwa Fernando had two wickets.
Bloomfield lost two quick wickets for nine runs during their run
chase before Kusal Mendis (46 not out) and Madhawa Warnapura (31 not
out) guiding the side to romp home with an unfinished 74 runs
partnership for the third wicket.
