Dilroy at high profile workshop

Sri Lanka rugby referees and technical expert Dilroy Fernando has been invited to take part in the World Rugby and Asia Rugby Performance Development Workshop in Tokyo, Japan from March 15 to 17.

Fernando will be among a cast of high profile delegates at the workshop that will review the concluded 2015 World Cup and view developments to the 2019 World Cup in Japan. Rugby in the digital age, medical, high performance, game management and rugby science will also be taken up at the workshop.
