Discussion on Megapolis investment opportunities

Guardian Acuity Asset Management (GAAM), a Unit Trust management firm licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka, will conduct a breakfast meeting and panel discussion on ‘Investment Opportunities in the Proposed Megapolis Development Plan’ on Wednesday, September 14 at the Cinnamon Grand Hotel.

Head of Investments for the Western Region Megapolis Project, Nayana Mawilmada will be the keynote speaker.

“The Western Region Megapolis Plan envisions a major transformation in Colombo and the Western Province at large. It is one of the most ambitious programs of the Government which expects to unlock major investment opportunities,” said CEO, GAAM, Ruvini Fernando.

The focus of the discussion will be mainly on broader investment opportunities and the resulting impact on property prices and development.
