'Anarchy' at Peradeniya University

The Sri Theatre Company will produce an original production which will premiere on the 14 and 15 of October 2016 at the E.O.E Pereira Theatre Kandy University of Peradeniya from 7.30 pm.

A family burdened with issues cant seem to find their way out of ending a conversation without turning it into an argument. Vijay is a Lawyer in his mid forties and married to Devika. They met while at university and married with the intensions of having a simple family. This eventually does not turn out to expectation and error over error transforms the household into a cold and uncaring environment.

The cast will include Ruwanthi Karunaratne, Rochana Jayasinghe, Anaz Haniffa, Sidath Samarasinghe, Nushara Amarasekara, Harini Arambepola, Amaresh Pereira. The play is written and directed by Aslam Marikar. Music Composed by Jonathan George from Street Light Mist.

Tickets for the show will cost 1000, 500, 250 and for University Student (state and private) 100 rupees. University students must produce University ID cards at the gate.
