Better price for lands Global Housing and Real Estate (Pvt) Ltd is a sister company of the Global Group of Companies. The group consists of three companies and Global Finance and Investments Ltd, is the mother company of the group. A spokesman for the company said Global Housing and Real Estate (Pvt) Ltd is a fast growing company in the Real Estate industry which has achieved more than 70% of the anticipated growth during the last financial years. The main objective of the company is customer satisfaction and not profit earning. The company will implement innovative strategies in due course towards achieving greater customer satisfaction, he said. The main business of the company is land sales and in addition the company has entered the housing construction industry. The company completed a housing complex at Malabe Kahantota Road. The next housing project will be started soon. The company launched a real estate project at Jayagath Mawatha, Arangala, which is about 300 metres away from the Malabe-Athurugiriya main road. Customers can select a block of land and reserve the same by paying 10% of the value of the plot. They should pay 25% of the value of the block of land within one month and the remaining amount could be paid within ten years by an inhouse loan scheme or they can go for a Bank loan or any other loan from a outside lending institute at their choice. The company will provide all the supporting documents required to obtain the loan, he said adding that the next land sale project of the company will be launched at Kottawa shortly. The company provides inhouse financial facilities to customers who wish to purchase a block of land or house from the company. The company hopes to launch the condomonium housing projects soon. He said the company enters into ventures with the land owners to sell their lands in join ventures where the land owner can obtain a better price for their lands. |
