H. K. N. Soysa of No. 78/2, De Soysa Road, Rawatawatte, Moratuwa, has a large cerebral arteriovenous malformation. Dr. K. Ganapathy, Senior Consultant Neurosurgeon has recommended him an urgent 'AVM' surgery to be performed at Apollo Hospital-Chennai, India.
