Sylvestrians vs Old Antonians final

CRICKET: Sylvestrians Cricket Club will meet Old Antonians Sports Club in the final of the Kandy District Cricket Association's (KDCA) Inter - Club limited over cricket tournament which will be played at St. Anthony's College ground Katugastota on February 20 (Wednesday) with play commencing at 9.30 a.m.

This match is bound is attract a large number of spectators as the organisers have decided to play it in coloured clothing worn by the players. The sight screens will be back and a white ball will be used. All these will be used for the first time in a club match in the district.

The organising committee headed by Tilina Tennakoon (President), Roland Perera (Secretary), Chandra Kehewattege (Chairman - Tournament Committee) have finalised all arrengements.
