"Beauty for a cause"

Ms.Lanka 2007:

A cheque for Rs. 250,000 was presented to the Lady Ridgeway Children's Hospital Eye Department on Tuesday 18 March 2008 to purchase a Tonopen XL (the equipment required to measure the pressure in infants' eyes) with the funds raised from the project of "Beauty for a cause" - Ms. Lanka 2007

Technique International the School of Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy organised the Ms Lanka 2007 - Beauty for a cause event, for the 13th successive year. Each year the funds raised were donated to a selected cause, focusing on children's health and to uplift the lives of women.
