count of votes in the All-Island and Outstation of the Observer-Mobitel
Most Popular Cricketer of the Year 2008. In the All-Island Contest,
Ruwantha Fernandopulle of St. Joseph's College, Colombo, continues
to lead with 4151 votes while Udara Peiris of Ananda College who was
in third position on coupon number one jumped into second slot with
1050 votes.
