People's Bank felicitates new Zonal Asst. General Managers

The People's Bank recently held a felicitation ceremony and workshop to congratulate the newly appointed Zonal Assistant General Managers Regional Managers and Assistant Regional Managers of the bank.

The chairman of the People's Bank W. Karunajeewa while congratulating at newly appointed personnel at a function at the Grand Oriental Hotel called upon them to rise to the occasion and to commit themselves to raise their levels of performance beyond the expectation of the people.

The CEO and General Manager of the Bank P.V. Pathirana called upon the participants to take the services of the bank closer to the doorsteps of the people and to uphold the best traditions and well accepted banking practices to boost the image of the bank.

The Guest presentation on "Psychological motivational techniques for higher productivity" was delivered by CEO, Centre for Leadership Excellence and Personality Development (CENLEAD), Dr. K. Kuhathasan.

In his presentation Dr. Kuhathasan, introduced the participants to a few psychological motivational techniques that could be easily introduced in the bank to boost productivity.

The Bank's Senior Deputy General Manager, H. S. Dharmasiri, Deputy General Manager, P. Rajapakse and Asst. General Manager, K. B. Rajapaksha also spoke.
