Etisalat rewards top partners

Etisalat Lanka recently rewarded its authorised partner network for the 11th year, at a dealer convention in Colombo. This year's theme was 'You are the Key to Our Inspiration'. Over 600 people including main partners and their staff were present.

The annual event recognises and rewards the company's top partners for contributing towards Etisalat's growth.

All partners who have performed exceptionally well during the previous year are rewarded while their contributions and achievements are highlighted at the event. Etisalat Lanka also uses the event as a platform to motivate its partners on upcoming plans and to receive feedback and insights on opportunities and challenges.

Director and CEO of Etisalat Lanka, Dumindra Ratnayaka said, "Our partner network is important to us because they take the best we offer, to customers. Their hard work and commitment have been vital in our journey to reach customers across the country. Recognising them and their contribution is one way to show how much we appreciate our partners and their service," he said.

"This year, 30 authorised partners competed for the awards. The winners were selected by a panel of judges, after a detailed selection process that comprised qualitative and quantitative measures including key elements such as customer service, subscriber retention, subscriber quality and employee retention," a company spokesman said.
