Plaques of appreciation and cash rewards were presented to employees
in seven categories, for service ranging from 10-23 years or more, at
the event at the BMICH.
The largest number of employees felicitated was in the 20-22 years
group, which comprised 107 recipients. This was followed by 88 in the
15-17 years group, and 79 in the 12-14 years category. Five Directors of
Ceylinco Life also received long service awards.
"Long-serving employees are one of the biggest assets of the
company," Ceylinco Life's Managing Director and CEO R. Renganathan said.
"At a time when changing jobs frequently is becoming a trend, Ceylinco
Life is proud to have such a large number of employees who have been in
service for more than 10 years." |
