Lankan Under-19 team for Malaysia

CRICKET: The Sri Lanka Under 19 cricketers will meet their counterparts from England, India and Malaysia in a limited overs series to be staged from January 26 to February 14 in Malaysia.

The tournament is been conducted in two stages. In the initial stage the host country Malaysia, England and Sri Lanka will meet each other in a triangular series and the final will take place on February 10. With the arrival of the Indian Under 19 team on February 11 the Sri Lankan lads will take on the Indians in back to back matches on February 11,12 and 13 and the players will be back in the Island in time to represent their respective schools in their Big Matches. England , Malaysia and India will meet each other and the final will take place on February 24th.

The possible Itinerary:

January 23 arrival. Jan. 24 and 25 Practice. Jan.26 Sri Lanka Vs Malaysia. Jan.29. England Vs Sri Lanka. Jan.30. Malaysia Vs Sri Lanka. February 1st. England Vs Malaysia. Feb.2nd England Vs Sri Lanka. February 4. Sri Lanaka Vs Malaysia. Feb.5 England Vs Malaysia. February 7 England Vs Sri Lanka. February 10 final.

February 11 arrival of Indian team.

February 11th, 12th and 14th Sri Lanka Under 19 Vs India Under 19. Februay 15th departure.
