SLMC not bound with any party

The Sri Lanka Muslim Congress (SLMC) says that they had joined the government as both parties have a collective vision to develop the country but is not a slave of any of the state policies. The Leader of the SLMC and Minister of Posts and Telecommunication Rauff Hakeem, who is now clamouring for acquiring more 'power' as a minister and ready to end the 'UPFA - SLMC marriage' when he is unhappy with the way the government treat them, told the Sunday Observer that the SLMC is not permanently bound with any political party.
