Maldivian military chief here on goodwill tour

The Sri Lanka Army received the Commander, Maldivian National Defence Force (MNDF) Major General Mohamed Zahir who is now in Sri Lanka on a goodwill tour, and to participate in the Passing-out parade of Maldivian Defence Force parachutists, trained by Sri Lanka's Training School of the Commando Regiment.

The visiting Maldivian Military Chief as the first leg of his itinerary visited the Army Headquarters on Friday morning.
