Cake wizard celebrates silver jubilee

 The gifted creator with unbound talents R. L. Clement proudly
presents his 25th Anniversary "Mal-Mee Cake Exhibition" of sugar craft
and wedding cake structures on March 1 and March 2 at the Sri Lanka
Exhibition and Convention Centre Colombo. This happens to be the biggest
Cake Show in Sri Lanka.
Every year the cake wizard Clement creates something significant
entirely different to one another.

It is no secret that his sheer hard work and undying determination is
the secret behind his success to come a long way, up to the Silver
Jubilee of the "Mal-Mee" Cake show, where he will be crowned by his
faithful students, for all his hard work and devotion for what he has
done on behalf of them.
Clement tries his best to make his pupils specialize in this
particular field, as he knows its a great advantage for them to start
Self-Employment.
All these years there are so many students who have started doing
their own business in the cake decorating Field and also some of his
students have achieved the highest standard by winning 'Gold Medals' in
five star hotels in Sri Lanka and abroad.
Being the 25th Anniversary of the "Mel-Mee Cake Show" Clement and his
daughter Sharika will bring out a variety of beautiful creations which
will definitely amaze the crowds and the creations will be stored in the
heart of the people for many many years.
This Cake exhibition will also be held on March 6 at the Light House
Hotel in Galle, on March 8 at Sudasuna Hall, Chilaw and on 21 and 22
March at Devon Rest in Kandy. |
