NDB Bank ties up with Lanka Bell for bill payments

NDB Bank and Lanka Bell Ltd have entered into an agreement where Lanka Bell telephone Bill payments could be made at all NDB Bank branches. The agreement was signed by Vice President, Head of Retail banking and Marketing, NDB Bank, Indrajit Wickramasinghe and Managing Director Lanka Bell Ltd, Prasad Samarasinghe in Colombo recently.

Any Lanka Bell subscriber can now walk into any of the NDB Bank branches in the island and pay their telephone bills by cash.

NDB Bank customers will additionally enjoy the facility of making the payments by cheques, which in future the bank plans to make available for all other customers. NDB Bank customers have the additional facilities of paying their Lanka Bell bills through other payment channels that are already available to them, such as Internet, Fund Transfers, Standing Orders and Phone Banking.

Through this new initiative the number of locations that Lanka Bell bill payments can be accepted from their large customer base will be extended.

The latest facility is another addition to the services provided by NDB Bank to its customers in keeping with its constant endeavour to achieve "customer satisfaction".
