SPORTS MEET: Kumudu House with 565 points came on top of the annual
Inter-house sports meet of Vihara Maha Devi Balika Vidyalaya, Kandy held
at the Bogambara Stadium. The meet was held under the patronage of Prime
Minister D.M. Jayaratne.
In second place was Nelum House with 475 points, Olu House came third
with 450 points and Manel House came fourth with 370 points.

House) in the middle, 2. Danushka Nadeeshani (Kumudu House)
on right and 3. Nadeesha Sandamini (Manel House) on left.
