Mobitel celebrates third anniversary of Upahara

Mobitel the National Mobile Service Provider will reward three privileged Upahara customers with houses worth Rs. 4 m each to celebrate its third year anniversary. The Upahara package was designed for State Sector employees and pensioners in recognition of their service to the nation and provides its users with many benefits that are unparalleled within the industry.

All Upahara customers who have their mobile connections active during December will be eligible for this draw. Additionally, Mobitel registered customers with active connections should have their outstanding payments settled by December.

With the launch of the Upahara package, Mobitel provided State sector employees, pensioners and clergy with unique offers unparallel in the telecommunications industry. State sector employees have contributed immensely towards the welfare of the country and are an asset to the nation.

For the first time in the mobile service industry, as part of the Upahara package, Mobitel enabled customers to make outgoing calls to other Mobitel lines and fixed lines free daily between 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mobitel's Value added services such as 3G, Video Calls, GPRS, CLI, IDD, Missed Call Alerts, WAP, SMS were offered without any activation fee or a monthly rental.
