Abans introduce vitroceramic cooker hobs
Abans introduced the Elba Vitroceramic Cooker Hobs which is
manufactured with a material called Vitroceramic as smooth-glass cooking
top surface. The Elba Vitroceramic Cooker Hob is flat and durable. The
Vitroceramic stove top is a sheet of glassified ceramic produced by
heat-treating in a way as to remove and eliminate all internal
discontinuities where cracks would develop, ensuring that they are
strong.
The salient feature of the Elba Vitroceramic Cooker Hob is that in
can be adjusted to a wide power range from 50 watts to 3600 watts (very
gentle to very strong heat). This enables the cooker, at gentle heat, to
keep chocolate melted and food warm and at intense heat to deep fry as
well as cook faster.
The Elba Cooker also features a seven point feature pack which limits
temperature from exceeding 300 degrees centigrade, an Anti-overflowing
system, Residual Heat Detection, Child Safety (control panel lock),
Auto-stop system, Automatic pan detection and a Small object safety
detection. It also has a timer, clock and memory function for cooking
times.
The heat is expelled direct to the utensil and the rest of the
ceramic top (even close to the utensil) remains unheated. As there is no
heat dispersion, cooking is faster, with reduction in energy cost. The
smooth vitroceramic top and flat surface makes it easy to clean with a
cloth or sponge.
The Elba Vitroceramic Cooker Hob is available in electric four burner
model at all Abans Elite showrooms.
