Fonterra appoints new MD

Leon Clement is the new Managing Director for Fonterra Brands in Sri Lanka. Clement took over on December 1 from Achyut Kasireddy .

"Fonterra is committed to Sri Lanka. We have been supplying dairy nutrition to the country for more than 35 years. Today we employ more than 700 staff and work with multiple distribution and retail partners across the island," Leon Clement said.

"We have a diverse business in Sri Lanka that spans the dairy spectrum, from local milk collection and farmer development through to the manufacture, packing and distribution of high quality dairy nutrition. Fonterra is committed to providing high quality dairy nutrition."
