Former ASP D.B. Ekanayake, the leading player

The Public Service Club, Kandy celebrated its 66th anniversary by organising Indoor Games and Club Nite at the Club Hall on December 29th. The Club was inaugurated in 1946.Due to inclement weather the club organised only the indoor games.

A wonderful achievement ... Former Assistant Superintendent of Police D.B. Ekanayake (right) receives the prize for winning both the Snoocker and Billiards titles for the last ten years from Gamini Kulatunge - Senior Vice-President.

In the picture (second from left) Karunatilleke Bandara - a committee member and former Principal Teacher's Training College, Polgolla receiving award for becoming Bridge Champion from Club Secretary Walter Ranasinghe (and on right). Bennet Peiris who partnered Karunatilleke in the Bridge final receiving award from Gamini Kulatunge senior vice - President of the Public Service Sports Club.
