The gloomy earth
Clouds are filled with darkness
That make me feel blank,
Trees are sad and calm
That they cannot have their holidays.
Things have gone wrong I guess,
Gods are covering the sun
And it makes the earth gloomy,
It also made the land scary.
I thought it’s the end of the world
But there is no way of it,
It’s just a gloomy earth,
That makes us frightened.
Up the sun comes that,
Makes me feel brave,
I said Good bye to clouds
And made my way home.

Who wants to be a millionaire?
Many hands will be raised if the question “Who wants to be a
millionaire?” is asked. There is nothing to be surprised or to laugh. We
are all human beings and it is our nature to do so.
There is an international competition called ‘Who wants to be a
millionaire?’ But, everybody in the world cannot participate in the
competition. There are some criteria that are considered by the chief
panel of the competition. Some of them are intelligence, memory power
and arguing skills.
Apart from this, I believe that ‘luck’ must be there. There is a film
called Slumdog millionaire which is based on the competition.
The competition is conducted in 88 languages all over the world. Ten
competitors are chosen from several interviews to participate.
Thereby, they have the first event, ‘Fastest Finger First’ (FFF).
Then the competitors should give the answers in the correct order. The
fastest competitor who makes the order correct first can go to the ‘Hot
Seat'. Hot seat is the place where the winner of the FFF goes to answer
the 15 questions to get the cast prizes.
There are three lifelines. ‘Ask the audience’, where the competitor
can seek help from the audience. ‘Call a friend’, where the competitor
can call a friend and seek help. And ‘Fifty-fifty’ where two wrong
answers are automatically cancelled.
Though 10 competitors participate on a single day, only one or two
can go to the hot seat.
Sometimes, though they go to the hot seat, they cannot win any cash
prize. That is why I believe that luck must be there.
This program values human intelligence, memory power, arguing skills
as well as luck to win cash prizes!
