Stray cattle menace in Ampara

The public are inconvenienced due to stray cattle roaming in all towns in Ampara district. The relevant authorities have not taken any action to prevent it and herds of cattle have become a common scene in these towns.

The public have complained several times to the relevant local bodies regarding this nuisance.

But no action has yet been taken. Hence the public appeal to the Government to take immediate action to prevent the stray cattle menace in Ampara, Sammanthurai and Kalmunai towns.
