Laugfs bags award at NBEA 2013

Laugfs Gas PLC, a subsidiary of Laugfs Holdings, bagged the Gold award in the 'Other Services' category at the National Business Excellence Awards 2013 (NBEA) at the Hilton recently.

CEO, Laugfs Gas, Ashan de Silva, received the award on behalf of the company.

"This is the second major award received by the company this year, having won an award at the Achiever Awards for Industrial and Service Excellence in September. These accolades are testament to the growth and expansion achieved by Laugfs Gas over the past few years," a company spokesman said.

The National Business Excellence Awards is an annual award competition conducted by the National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka (NCCSL) to recognise business enterprises which have demonstrated excellence in business while contributing to the country's economic progress.
