Indian Govt schols on offer

Indian Government has announced 180 ICCR scholarships to pursue undergraduate, Post Graduate and PhD courses in India.

All scholarships cover full tuition fees for the entire duration of the course, in addition to a monthly sustenance allowance. It also covers accommodation, an annual grant for books and stationery, a full health insurance, airfare and an annual grant for educational tours to various parts of the country, apart from several other auxilliary benefits.

Under the Nehru Memorial Scholarship Scheme, 100 slots are being offered covering all Undergraduate courses (except Medicine) including Engineering, Science, Business, Economics, Commerce, Humanities and Arts. Fifty (50) scholarships will be offered under the Maulana Azad Scholarship Scheme to do Masters Degree courses in Engineering, Science, Economics, Commerce, Humanities and Arts. Preference would be given to the fields of Engineering, Science and Agriculture. Medicine including indigenous Medicine courses are not included in this scheme.
