Navy fight-back to beat CR

Navy Sports Club made a gallant fightback to register a thrilling 31 points (three goals, two tries) to 27 (two goals, two tries, one penalty) win over CR and FC in their Dialog ‘A’ Division League Rugby Tournament match played at CR and FC grounds, Longden Place on Saturday after trailing 12-17 at half time.

Nigel wins Under 10 title

Nigel Fernando first picked up a club at the age of 18 months from a golf set he received as a gift from his uncle. At an early age he showed a keeness in learning the fundamentals of the game while appreciating being outdoors. He played his first competition golf at the age of five in a local kids tournament.
