LAHES Corporate Campus launches MSc in HRM

LAHES Corporate Campus, launched the Executive MSc in HRM of Asia e University, Malaysia in 2013. The degree covers six essential HR modules and includes a module on research methods and dissertation. The students follow classes at LAHES and the convocation is held in Malaysia at the Asia e University.

HR plays a critical role in driving business performance by ensuring that the right people are in the right roles delivering business objectives. HR is no longer a role limited to a particular department. In today's business arena, every manager needs to be an HR manager. It is critical that HR and non-HR people are equipped with up-to-date knowledge and skills of people management.

The diverse business landscape demands a strategic HR role from every manager, every leader.
