AMW opens multi-brand showroom

The Associated Motorways (Pvt) Ltd (AMW), opened a multi brand showroom in Nugegoda recently.

It was opened by AMW Managing Director Samantha Rajapaksa.

The new branch is one of the first of its kind in Sri Lanka. The showroom is designed to bring all of AMW's signature brands under one roof for the convenience of customers.

The opening is one of the first of many festivities planned for this year as AMW marks its 65th year in the automotive industry.

Nugegoda has grown to a major metropolitan area, recording high density housing and commercial activities with a high growth rate in recent times.

It has also developed into an important central point, linking a string of smaller towns in the region and joining it to Colombo. The opening of the Southern Expressway and the rising vehicle density in the area was among the primary reasons for AMW selecting Nugegoda.

Customers could also obtain leasing services at the same facility through AMW Capital Leasing.

In keeping with AMW's promise of 'bringing the world to you', the company is putting into practice this philosophy through a long-term strategy of such multi-brand showrooms around the island, of which Nugegoda is the first.

Nugegoda will also make room for another one of AMW's ventures, Automall. This will ensure that customers looking for either brand new or second-hand vehicles can make their pick at one location.
