Ceylinco Insurance - General, recognised and rewarded its sales team
at the Annual Sales Conference and Awards Ceremony for 2013.

The event, held on the theme 'Now is the time now to accelerate our
growth, with satisfied customers by our side', was attended by over
1,100 sales personnel, attached to its City Office, the over 300-strong
branch network and other senior staff members. Over 600 sales personnel,
who had excelled during 2013, received awards, accorded on evaluations
conducted through a demanding performance criteria.
The top performers were categorised into Bronze, Silver and Gold
categories, rising to the zenith, the much coveted 'Hall of Fame'.
Along with the valuable rewards in these categories, a member who was
inducted into the prestigious Hall of Fame, received a new house, in
recognition for his outstanding service and contribution to the company,
during the past five years.
The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Ceylinco Insurance
- General, Ajith Gunawardena said the staff of Ceylinco Insurance -
General, have continuously and consistently stood up to challenges,
persistently going beyond expectations, setting up newer benchmarks.
He said their courageous efforts and dedication helped in delivering
more than what was promised to customers.
Gunawardena emphasised the need to add value to products and
services, to continually forge ahead.
He said the company had evolved to the present status due to the
enthusiasm and commitment of the employees.
Director and Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Patrick Alwis, presented
a descriptive analysis of the Company's performance during 2013.
Chairman Godwin Perera and Director - Finance, Nihal Peiris, also spoke. |
