Union Bank shifts to new core banking system

Union Bank of Colombo PLC (UBC) has moved to a new core banking platform which will add further value to its management processes and offer improved and more efficient services to customers.

The state-of-the-art banking platform will support Union Bank's entire core banking operations, including ATMs and online channels.

The new banking platform provides enterprise-wide automation designed for growth.

This customer-centric system supports dynamic processing by integrating robust core functionality with best-of-suite products and services. Its information and transaction processing platform is designed to continuously benefit clients and enhance the core functionality of the Bank.
