Akkaraipattu MC introduces e-Library system

The Akkaraipattu Municipal Council has decided to introduce the e-Library system by which about 30,000 books are to be databased on the computer. The Information Resource Centre at the Akkaraipattu Public Library will be modernised for the purpose.

Proposals from the Public Library Development Committee will be entertained to ensure the maximum benefits to the public.
