PLC clinches gold at CNCI awards

People's Leasing and Finance PLC secured two gold awards at the CNCI
Achiever of Industrial Excellence Awards - 2014.
The first gold award was clinched by the company for national level
'Extra Large Category' service excellence. With this recognition PLC was
included in the 10 elite CNCI companies of the year and thus clinched a
second gold award.
The annual award ceremony organised by the Ceylon National Chamber of
Industries towards recognising local services and industrial excellence
was held for the thirteenth consecutive year at the Cinnamon Grand.
The President's Secretary Lalith Weeratunga was the chief guest. PLC
CEO and General Manager D. P. Kumarage said that the CNCI's gold awards
reflect the excellent finance strategies, management practices, customer
services and commitment to good corporate citizenship of People's
Leasing and Finance PLC.
