Public address system donated

A new public address system was presented to the Medamahanuwara Secondary School at a cost of Rs. 110,000 by P.B. Dissanayake, an old boy of the school who works at an economic centre Katugastota.

The ceremony was held in the main hall of the school on September 12 under the patronage of the Principal A.M. Kumari. The Vice Principal, Jayantha Herath said that the public address system was an advantage for the school to make announcements as the school buildings are on a slope of a hill. Teachers, students and parents were present.
