CRC and Ladies win overall titles

the water smoothly and skilfully to retain Men's Overall Title with
two gold and two silver medals and Ladies College Rowing will great
power and courage won women's overall title at the 24th National
Rowing Championship conducted by ARASL and sponsored by Sri Lanka
