ASPs exam on Nov. 17, 18

The Department of Examinations has informed the National Police Commission (NPC) that arrangements have been made to hold the Open and Limited Competition Examination to recruit of Assistant Superintendents of Police (ASPs) on November 17 and 18.

Candidates sitting for the Open Competition Examination will have to sit for three test papers viz, Intelligence, General Knowledge and Proficiency in Language while those sitting for the Limited Competition Examination will have two papers viz Practical Police Methods and Police Administration.

Meanwhile, 354 candidates have qualified for the Open Competition after passing the preliminary Viva Voce and Endurance Test while 1,960 have qualified for the Limited Competition Examination. The Commissioner General of Examinations will issue admission cards to all candidates.
