President Mahinda Rajapaksa presented gold awards to Muttiah Muralidharan (Top) and Sanath Jayasuriya (Bottom) who made exceptional contributions to Sri Lankanan cricket. The presentation took place at the Torrington Sports Complex of the Ministry of Sports. Earlier, the President opened a plaque for the new athletic track for the Sports Ministry’s grounds.
