Profood Propack exhibition

The 'cooking studio' at the Profood Propack exhibition will conclude today at the BMICH.

It is hosted by Ma’s Food – Muluthange. The 'Muluthange Cookery theatre' will showcase Chef Don Sherman working with some of Sri Lanka’s food brands.

A cooking competition for selected participants will also be held.“We are excited to have singing Chef Don Sherman demonstrating at what is a new format for cookery demonstrations. For the first time we have eleven top food brands joining together for a three-day promotion.

Not only does this give the participating brands coverage, the audience can look forward to an eventful demonstrations with interesting dishes coming out of the fusion of the many participating brands” said CEO Ma’s Foods, Maliek De Alwis. The Profoods Propack exhibition showcases the country’s food processing brands and companies and is expecting over 20,000 visitors.
