Union Bank goes to Angunakolapelessa

Union Bank of Colombo PLC (UBC) opened its 39th branch in
Angunakolapelessa recently.
It was opened by Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank,
Anil Amarasuriya.
"The bank's expansion is geared to improve the SME and retail
portfolio and the growing branch network complements the Bank's vision
of becoming the preferred bank for SMEs," a spokesman for the bank said.
"Angunakolapelessa contributes to the agro-export industry of Sri
Lanka and offers opportunities for Union Bank to serve the Small and
Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Personal Banking customers," he said. |
