Living by principles, a wonderful choice
Rules do, often, have their basis in a broader
principle, and tracing our rules back to our own principles is the
first step in the journey. However, if we then enforce those
principles in the same authoritarian way we tried to enforce rules,
then we haven’t really gone very far in our journey.

Clarity, the essence of communication

try to disseminate our knowledge either orally or in writing. It is
questionable whether we have succeeded in speaking to the point or
writing clearly. When communication fails, it leads to numerous
