Dress code for Sri Lankan sportsmen and sportswomen

More uniformity has been called for from the Sri Lankan sportsmen and sportswomen in respect of their attire when representing the country at national and international level. Accordingly, a suggestion made by the chairman of the National Sports Council Saman Amarasinghe has been accepted by the Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports Jeevan Kumaratunga.
