Lanka IOC boss on working visit to Colombo

Minister of Petroleum Industries Susil Premajayantha welcomes Lanka, IOC PLC Chairman Makrand Nene when he visited the country recently

India-bus Chairman of Lanka, IOC PLC Makrand Nene was in Colombo on a working visit recently during which time he had extensive discussions with Minister of Petroleum Industries Susil Premajayantha, Secretary to the Ministry of Petroleum Industries Ms. Sandya Wijebandara and the High Commissioner of India in Sri Lanka, Ashok K. Kantha.

Among the wide ranging topics discussed by the Minister and the Lanka IOC Chairman were Lanka IOC's marketing network plans for Sri Lanka, its future investments in China Bay, and the impact of international oil prices on the marketing of petroleum products in Sri Lanka.
