hSenid at MySQL Users Conference 2007

hSenid, an Application and Service provider for the Telecom,
Financial and Enterprise markets worldwide participated and sponsored
the MySQL Users Conference in Japan. hSenid was the only Sri Lankan
company that represented the country in Japan.
The theme was "Scale to New Heights with MySQL", The conference was
packed with the latest database information and tips, case studies from
Enterprise users and Web 2.0 sites, a MySQL product roadmap, and plenty
of technical information for developers and DBAs.
Being the Gold sponsor, hSenid CEO Dinesh Saparamadu along with Sujee
Saparamadu participated in the MySQL conference in which they presented
the MySQL Telco Grade implementations and OrangHRM, the world's first
Open Source HRM solution developed by hSenid.
MySQL AB executives visited Japan for the event, including the
company's CEO M+rten Mickos, MySQL Fellow and co-founder Michael "Monty"
Widenius, Vice President of Open Source Community Relations Kaj Arn",
and Director of Architecture Brian "Krow" Aker.
Sessions introducing new products and services - as well as an
exhibition area - was available for partner companies who offered MySQL-related
software and solutions.
The Japanese conference which was held for the first time in Asia
presented many of the most popular sessions from MySQL Conference and
Expo 2007 (held in California in April), which drew 2,000 participants
from around the world, on topics such as MySQL high-availability
solutions, performance tuning and MySQL Cluster. |
