terrorists would make it the best model for other countries which
face similar conflicts and also in the rehabilitation of ex-cadre,

Help in reconciliation process, and not meddle otherwise

blood-thirsty LTTE terrorists massacred 31 bhikkus in Aranthalawa
and also brutally killed 11 villages in Kaduwelduwa, Polonnaruwa.
