Sugar Industry Development Minister Lakshman Senewiratne said that the US being the super power has failed to muster a majority on the resolution moved against Sri Lanka at the UNHRC as evidenced by the voting pattern. Tamil diaspora operations will be restricted - Dy. Minister of External Affairs
